If we will look on last match performance, USA lost the toss and came on first bat against Jersey. USA team couldn’t given good start and lost the wicket of Monak Patel (4 runs in 4 balls) in 3rd over. After that Steven Taylor (20 runs in 24 balls) got some runs but couldn’t convert in big score. Gajanand Singh (57 runs in 28 balls) knocked highest score for USA in this match. Sushant Modani (43 runs in 33 balls) and Jaskaran Malhotra (42 runs in 24 balls) also contributed some runs for USA and reached to 190 team score. From Jersey side, Daniel Birrell taken highest 2 wickets. Ben Stevens, Rhys Palmer and Dominic Blampied taken 1 wicket each.
Jersey :
On the other side, Jersey is coming with three loss out of three matches in this series. They lost last match yesterday against Namibia by 50 runs on the target of 190. Jersey is standing on 3rd and last position on points table without opening the point.
In previous match Jersey won the toss and opt to bowl. Jersey’s pacers proved right decision of opt to bowl and taken big wicket of Monak Patel in 3rd over. After that USA batsmen dominant to Jersey’s bowling line up and set the big total of 191 in front of Jersey. Going to chase the target of 191, Jersey couldn’t get good start and lost 4 wickets on the score of 47 runs till 8th over. Jersey never looked strong position in this match.
